Hello, devlog

This is my developer diary. Short notes on what I build, what breaks and what I learn along the way. No polish, no schedule: an entry when there is something worth writing down.

The first week of kuzmin.nyc

The homepage went from an empty folder to a living New York scene in three days:

Oct 19. A static page on Cloudflare Workers, the domain hooked up, then a hand-drawn SVG skyline that sketches itself on first load.

Oct 20. Real landmarks (Woolworth, One WTC, Chrysler, Empire State), Brooklyn Bridge, Coney Island with the Wonder Wheel and the Cyclone. A New York clock, day and night by the actual sunrise and sunset, the real moon phase and live rain or snow from the weather.

Oct 21. The wheel finally shows up on phones, and every project opens in English by default.

What lives here

Each project gets its own subdomain on kuzmin.nyc while it grows: LifeAtlas, Circles of Knowledge, medic.help and the rest. This log is where the story behind them goes.
